Juparana Victoria: the complete guide

Juparana Victoria is a Brazilian commercial granite in pinkish-beige tones, with a soft pattern. It is chosen for kitchens and floors looking for a warm, delicate colour.

History and origin

The name Juparana identifies a family of granites with wavy patterns, many of them from Brazil, one of the world's largest producers of ornamental stones. Juparana Victoria belongs to this family and is widely available on the international market in slabs. Like all Juparanas, it has a livelier appearance than even-grained granites. Marmi di Carrara supplies it on request.

Look and veining

The background is beige with pinkish shadings, with bands and undulations in grey, cream and sometimes burgundy garnets. The pattern varies considerably from slab to slab, even within the same block. Polished, it shows more saturated colours; matt finishes make it lighter and more natural.

FAQ

What is the difference between the various Juparanas?

They share the wavy pattern, but differ in background colour and intensity of movement. Victoria has more delicate pinkish-beige tones.

Is it suitable for a kitchen?

Yes, it is hard and heat-resistant. A stain-proofing impregnating sealer is recommended because of its slightly higher porosity compared with fine-grained granites.

Can I choose the slabs?

Yes, given the variable pattern we send photos of the available slabs for an informed choice.

How do I order it?

It is available on request: tell us dimensions and finish for a quote and photos of the slabs.
