Giallo Giselle Granite: the complete guide

Giallo Giselle Granite is a commercial granite in golden yellow tones, warm and bright. It is chosen for kitchens and floors that want a sunny colour with the practicality of a hard stone.

History and origin

Yellow granites are a very widespread category on the international market, popular for kitchen worktops and floors since the 1990s. Giallo Giselle is an imported material from this family, less well known than the more classic yellows. The exact origin and appearance depend on the batches available. Marmi di Carrara supplies it on request.

Look and veining

The background is golden yellow, with light crystals, dark specks and sometimes small burgundy or brown spots. The pattern can be granular or slightly lively, with differences in shade between blocks. Polishing intensifies the yellow and the contrasts; matt finishes give a softer, sandy effect.

Care and maintenance

Clean with a neutral detergent and lukewarm water. Apply a stain-proofing impregnating sealer after installation and renew it when water is absorbed. Avoid bleach and repeated use of highly alkaline products.
