History and origin
It is one of the many Brazilian yellow granites on the international market, appreciated for their resistance and warm colour. It is sold under both its Italian and its Portuguese name. Shade and availability vary according to supplies. Marmi di Carrara supplies it on request.
Look and veining
The background is light yellow verging on cream, with grey crystals and small dark specks in a medium grain. Slabs can vary in the intensity of the yellow and the distribution of the crystals. Polished, it looks luminous; flamed and brushed finishes lighten the surface further.

Recommended uses
Suitable for kitchen worktops, bathrooms, floors, stairs, thresholds and window sills. Outdoors it is suitable with non-slip finishes. Its light tone makes it suitable for bright rooms.
Care and maintenance
Clean with neutral detergents. Treat with a stain-proofing impregnator, especially in the kitchen, where oils and grease can leave marks on light granites. Renew the treatment when the surface starts absorbing again.
