History and origin
It comes from Norway, a country known for its grey quartzites, often worked with a natural split finish. These stones are used in construction, outdoor paving and street furniture thanks to their frost resistance. Marmi di Carrara supplies it on request.
Look and veining
The colour is silver grey, with a shimmer due to the micas it contains. The natural split surface is slightly irregular and shiny; the honed one is more uniform. Variation between slabs is moderate.
