Amani Bronze
Guide

Amani Bronze: the complete guide

Amani Bronze is a marble in bronze and warm brown tones, traversed by thin light veins. It is chosen for welcoming, refined rooms where a dark but not cold stone is needed.

History and origin

It is an imported marble available on the international market and now much in demand in contemporary interior design. It has become established in residential and hospitality projects thanks to its warm, versatile tone. As with many coloured marbles, consignments may differ in the intensity of the background. Marmi di Carrara supplies it on request.

Look and veining

The background varies from chocolate brown to bronze with grey highlights. A network of thin white and cream veins crisscrosses the surface densely and irregularly. Polished, it gives depth and an almost metallic look; honed and brushed finishes give a more textured, softer effect.

FAQ

Is Amani Bronze suitable for a floor?

Yes, in residential and commercial interiors with moderate traffic. For very busy areas the honed finish is preferable, as it hides micro-scratches better.

Is it a dark marble that is difficult to live with?

Compared with a pure black it shows less dust and fewer marks, thanks to the veins that add movement to the surface. It is still a calcitic marble, however, and must be protected from acids.

Which marbles does it go with?

It works well with cream or beige marbles for soft contrasts, and with white marbles for geometric floor patterns.
